Under Construction
Rayner House, Whale Beach
Currently under construction, this architecturally designed major renovation and addition will transform the existing property inside and out, creating a completely reimagined luxury residence. The works include a new front entry and courtyard, a new lift, significant structural works, a complete internal strip-out and redesigned floor plan, together with all-new doors, windows, finishes, services and landscaping. Once complete, the property will present as a brand-new, modern, energy-efficient smart home, thoughtfully designed for contemporary living.
